Fraser Newton

Fraser obtained a B.Sc. in computing science from the University of Alberta in 2005. During his studies, he developed a keen interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence, which quickly led to a passion for pillars in both fields: probability and statistics. After completing his degree, Fraser joined FTT and worked on advanced probability models and estimation techniques. Starting in 2008, Fraser returned to the U of A to pursue a M.Sc. in statistics.
